The Hearts & Minds Story
This took place while Danny, an ex-Australian veteran, was serving in the Royal Marine Commandos overseas. Together with his wife Laura, who has worked for 26 years in the hair industry. They brought their vision to Australia and founded Hearts and Minds, which now includes a barber shop and a creative space for editorial work. Hearts and Minds have been building skills and creating opportunites for people who are keen to join the industry through a simple and practial aproach to learning, we are passionate about young people and particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds who have drive to better themselves along with our support.
We have released a collection of men's streetwear and grooming products.

The Hearts & Minds Story
The Vision: This took place while Danny an ex Australian veteran was overseas serving in the Royal Marine Commandos. Together with his wife Laura who had worked in the hair industry for a number of years. They took their vision to Australia to launch Hearts and Minds which now currently consists of two busy barber shops, specialty coffee bar and a creative studio for editorial work. Hearts and Minds have released a collection of men’s street clothing and men’s grooming products.
Our Aim: To support our veterans as we understand the issues they face, a dollar from every product purchased will go directly to Mates for Mates charity. We also endeavour to support our local community by holding quarterly mental health awareness groups within our shops. Hosting guest speakers and hearing their stories.
